Terms of Service

1. The service

Cubons turns sets of entities and connections into interactive 3D scenes in the browser. A free account (Google sign-in) adds a personal scene library and share links. The service is provided as is, without warranties; it is an early-stage product and features may change.

2. Your content

Scenes and files you save remain yours. You grant us only the technical right to store them and — for scenes you explicitly share — to serve them to people who open your link. We claim no other rights to your data.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, malware distribution, or content you have no right to store.
• No abuse of the service: scraping accounts, spamming share links, disrupting the infrastructure.
• Free-tier limits (number of saved scenes, scene size) exist so the service stays free — please don't work around them.

4. Licensing

The Cubons engine and the .cubon format specification are published under their own licenses (see the repository). These Terms cover only the hosted service at cubons.com.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (account menu → Delete account) — this removes all your data immediately. We may suspend accounts that violate section 3.
